BodyKimistry Refund & Return Policy

At BodyKimistry, we aim to provide high-quality activewear that makes you feel and perform at your best. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible items.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are non-returnable.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item is safely returned.

Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds will be granted (e.g., for items not in their original condition or missing parts).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at bodykimistryus@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at bodykimistryus@gmail.com.

How to Initiate a Return

  2.  with your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable service.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Damaged and soiled items
